Cape Town, the wild West Coast and the Cederberg, finishing among the vines.
The Best of the West heads north from Cape Town along the Atlantic to the fishing village of Paternoster and into the Cederberg Wilderness, home to the Wolfberg Arch, ancient rock art and some of the most memorable hiking in South Africa.
Nine guided trail days move from Table Mountain and Cape Point to the West Coast National Park, empty Paternoster beaches and the sandstone of the Cederberg, before the journey turns back south to Paarl and Stellenbosch for wine and one final Winelands trail.
